Our Story
The Roots Collab grew out of Roots Collaborative Care, a collaborative midwifery practice built on the values of trust, care, and connection. Over time, we realized those same values could serve a wider purpose—creating a space where healthcare and wellness professionals can come together, not just to practice, but to thrive.
What began as a midwifery practice (now Sumner County Childbirth) has evolved into a shared professional environment: a place designed for independent practitioners who want the benefits of community without sacrificing the flexibility of working for themselves.
Today, The Roots Collab offers private offices and shared spaces for providers across the healthcare spectrum. It’s more than just a workplace—it’s a new way to root your practice in professionalism, collaboration, and community.
